Discover flats designed for you: our studio (18 m² to 19 m²), large studio (22 m² to 24 m²) and one-bedroom (30 m² to 31 m²) flats are perfect for enjoying your student life, far away from mum and dad! Each flat is equipped and furnished, so you don't need to cajole your friends into helping you move in. Do you have a guest who wants to stay overnight? There’s no need to get out that old blow-up bed, your trundle bed turns into a double bed in seconds. Brilliant, right? Show off your cooking skills in the kitchenette! With a ceramic hob, fridge and microwave, you have everything you need to become the next great chef (or at least to heat up your ready meals). Your student residence in Dijon
Not a morning person? For once time is your friend. The Nemea Appart'Etud Dijon Eiffel residence is ideally located. You’re 10 minutes from Cours Galien and CHU by bus, and 15 minutes from UB by bus or tram. A 2-minute walk will take you to Lycée Eiffel and ESTP. You can stay in bed until the last minute!
Another advantage is that the residence is very close to the shops, which is convenient for last-minute shopping. Bigger errands to run? Banks, a post office and supermarket are only a 2-minute walk away, and a shopping centre can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Not in the mood to cook tonight (evert night)? Restaurants and bars are a 10-minute tram ride away. Looking for a weekend activity? Are you more of a swimming pool (5 min walk), cinema or bowling (20 min by tram) fan? There’s plenty to do!
Student life in Dijon
Living in Dijon means living in a city with exceptional architecture and enjoying a rich historical heritage. You won't be bored in Dijon! 30,000 young people study here every year, that's loads! Known for its warm welcome, the city also organises many cultural events. Don't miss the back-to-school concert, Color Me Rad, the Bike tour or Dijon beach (it's not the Côte d'Azur, but there's sand, I promise).
Are your parents coming to visit? It's always a pain to find an activity they like. In Dijon, there is a wide choice: Magnin museum, the art museum, the consortium, the new northern baths, the planetarium... you’re bound to find something to your taste. Speaking of taste, you can also visit the mustard and crème de cassis factories. It would be a crime to come to Dijon without learning more about its specialities. The Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and the Château de Marsannay are also worth a visit.
Finally, the weekend is here! Head to the city centre to meet your friends. Go to Place de la République, Place Émile Zola or Place Darcy: these lively areas of the city centre are great places to have a drink. The excellent public transport links make it easy to get there (by tram or Corol bus).
