Nemea Appart' Etud has the solution for you.
For your new life in Grenoble, the Nemea Gières Campus residence has everything to make you smile! Discover spacious studio and larger studio flats ranging from 19 to 32 m². Comfortable and fully equipped, the 161 flats in the residence are meticulously decorated. Don't worry about furniture, everything is ready for when you arrive. All you have to do is move in your stuff and feel at home.
With Nemea, forget about toilets down the corridor, narrow 9 m² studios and shared showers. Everything you need is inside your home: a kitchen with hob, microwave oven and fridge, a pull-out bed or 120 x 190 cm bed depending on the accommodation chosen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. And for those of you who feel the cold, Nemea has you covered with a heated towel rail in the bathroom. The lap of luxury right?

The Nemea Gières Campus residence
Enjoy both the peace and quiet and the advantages of a big city at the same time in Gières. The residence is located in the centre of Gières, close to many shops: a bank, post office, bar/restaurant, cinema... You can even walk to the supermarket!
Are you always running late in the morning? Not any more! Well, you won't have any real excuses to give your lecturers anyway. The Nemea Gières Campus residence is just a few minutes walk from the Saint-Martin-d'Hyeres University area, the Faculty of Medicine, STAPS, the National Civil Service Centre, Polytech, the INP and many other specialist schools. You won't be wasting time on public transport in this location.
From the residence, it's less than 10 minutes to the nearest public transport links. Need to run an errand in the city centre? Take tram line B and you're there in just 20 minutes. Having friends over to visit? In 8 minutes you can be in front of the station ready to show them around.
