Studios from 17 m² to 23 m² and one-bedroom flats from 33 m² to 38 m² are available to rent. You’ll be working in an ideally located, modern and well-maintained residence. And there’s a little bonus, the neighbours are very nice! It won't be long before you make new friends.
Want to let your cooking skills shine? Your flat is equipped with a kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge and microwave. Your Nemea Appart'Etud Lyon 8 residence is located in the 8th district of the city. Is your fridge empty? No need to travel miles to stock up on ready meals! You’re a 2-minute walk from shops and various services (bank, post office, supermarket, shopping centre). Looking for a fun night out? The nearest bars and restaurants are 5 minutes away by metro.
No need for a car to get around Lyon (your bank account will thank you!). The public transport network is well developed, with tram and bus lines, and the D metro line at the foot of the residence. You can easily get to the universities and city centre. You are 10 minutes by metro from ’École Rockefeller, La Fac Médecine Est and L Fac de Pharmacie. Prépa Cours Galien is 15 minutes by metro, ENSEEC 20 minutes, Université Lumière Bron and Lyon 2 10 minutes by bus.
