OUR MISSION

To offer students and young professionals the opportunity to live in residences combining the best of design, technology and services.

OUR CONCEPT

The residences combine a real place for studying (co-working), living (shared kitchen, gym with personal trainers) and sharing (masterclasses, cafeteria, cinema room) inspired by co-living and current trends.

The flats have a fully equipped kitchenette (cupboards, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge), a living room with a breakfast bar, a desk, a trundle bed (single to double), a wardrobe and a bathroom with a heated towel rail.

The Residence Manager, our Manager, ensures the well-being and safety of students throughout their stay.

NETWORKING

Nemea organises networking meet-ups in our residences to bring together recruiters and future talent.

TUTORING

Students can benefit from the support of other students through tutoring assignments that promote mutual support.

SLOW WEEK

Before the exam period, our Managers organise yoga and sophrology workshops to offer students a relaxation programme adapted to their needs.

MASTERCLASSES

Students are invited to workshops on cooking, working methods, job interviews, budget management, healthy food, CV writing, etc.

TRANSFER

If you are going on an internship or continuing your studies in another city, transfer your file to another Appart'Etud residence with no constraints. Your application is given priority, the application fee is free, your deposit is transferred, the administrative procedures are simplified.

RELAX PACK

Students get breakfast provided from Monday to Friday, a monthly flat clean and fresh bed linen every two weeks.

FRESH FOOD BASKET

Students can order their fresh food basket from their Manager. It's a quick and easy way to access fresh local produce delivered to your home.

HAPPY HOME

Students can host their parents for free for a weekend in their residence, in a fully equipped self-contained flat.

URBAN GARDENS

Enjoy the seasonal fruits, greens and herbs grown on the rooftops of our residences.

PERSONAL TRAINER

Nemea offers free activities supervised by a personal trainer.

SERVICES

Take advantage of a wide range of shared services: cleaning, concierge, laundry, etc.

CO-WORKING

These creative spaces offer a cosy, connected workspace with secure high-speed internet.

Whether you’re working alone or in a group, this space dedicated to knowledge sharing offers an excellent environment for concentration.

SHARED KITCHEN

The shared kitchen, which leads into a shared dining room, provides an ideal setting for sharing, cooking and relaxing. You can come here freely to have dinner with your friends, co-residents or family.

FRIENDLY - LOUNGE

A relaxation area with a large screen, sofas, Netflix, table football, games consoles and snacks to recharge your batteries. Themed activities are regularly held here: pilates, masterclasses, networking etc.
