You won’t be feeling cramped in here! The flats are spacious and have plenty of storage. No excuses for leaving your stuff lying around. As for studying? We have everything you need! Some people like to work in peace and quiet. If that’s you, then you can use the desk in your flat. For those who need to work in a group or want to get away from temptation (television, fridge...), a co-working room is available.
