Are you heading to Marseille for your studies? It's time to find your accommodation. No need to ask mum and dad to help, the Nemea Marseille Timone student residence is made for you! Discover comfortable, well-equipped and easily accessible studios. There’s no excuse to not study well this year.
The Residence consists of 90 flats. There are 89 studios ranging from 19 to 21m2 and a single one-bedroom flat, measuring 30 m2. They all offer excellent conditions for studying and we know one will be the right one for you.
Don't want to live in a 9m2 broom cupboard with the toilet on the landing? We didn’t think so! Lucky for you each studio is bright and perfectly arranged: every square metre has been designed to optimise space. The trundle bed can be converted from a single to a double bed in a matter of seconds, the table on wheels can be used to enlarge the office area with a folding chair and you can choose between the breakfast bar or the table for your meals. A desk is also available for you to study at your leisure. You have your own shower room, so there's no need to queue in the morning with your towel under your arm. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, microwave, hob) to cook your signature dish: buttered pasta. A large window means you can enjoy the maximum amount of light and sunlight even when you have to spend several hours studying behind your desk. It's not quite the beach, but it's a good compromise!
In the Nemea Marseille Timone residence, you’re in your own home, but not isolated. There’s bound to be a few classmates among your neighbours and if you prefer studying in a group, a co-working room is available.
Need to unwind? Give yourself a break in the common room: a comfy sofa and Netflix series should take your mind off your classes. Newsflash: if you want to pass your exams, don’t get too hooked, we all know that "one more episode" really means one more season. For the sporty or those who want to unwind before exams, a gym with a treadmill, cross-trainer and weight training equipment is on hand. You'll be ready to strut your stuff on the beach this summer!

The Marseille Timone residence offers several advantages: in addition to being located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s also less than 10 minutes walk from the Faculty of Medicine. This is a total godsend for first-year students as they only have to walk a few hundred metres. That means a few precious extra minutes of sleep before heading to the lecture halls. You'll even have time to stop for a coffee.
ISO and IFSI are 30 and 20 minutes away from the residence, by metro and bus. There’s nothing left in the fridge? You don’t have to worry, supermarkets and other local services are also within 15 minutes walk. You can stock up on ready meals to last the week. The nearest metro and bus stations are 900 m from the residence: enjoy a few evenings on the Canebière or the Vieux-Port soaking up the atmosphere of Marseille!
